The dog people heard the cries of baby puppies, mother dogs, old dogs, and young healthy dogs yelping for help in great distress
The Animal Shelter River is Filling with Dogs!
A group of dog loving people were standing by the Animal Shelter River bank doing nothing in particular except watching the clock tick by until the “Animal Rights” doomsday activists arrived.
Suddenly all the dog people by the river, heard the cries of numerous baby puppies, mother dogs, old dogs, and young healthy dogs yelping for help in great distress.
Shocked, the dog people then saw a baby puppy in the raging rapids of the Animal Shelter River sweeping by all the people standing by the river bank and they saw the puppy dog drowning in the water.
One dog person immediately dived into the water to rescue the baby puppy. But as this was going on, yet another baby puppy came floating down the Animal Shelter River, and then another dog, and another, and another! All the dogs were yelping in distress of drowning in the raging river.
All the people standing at the Animal Shelter River bank continued to jump into the water to attempt and save all the dogs, and then the people in the river saw “one” dog person still standing on shore, who started to run away from the group of people who were jumping into the Animal Shelter River to save the individual dogs drowning.
Accusingly they shouted at the man not jumping into the river, “Where are you going?” The response of the person running away was: “I’m going upstream to stop whoever’s throwing all the baby puppies and dogs into the Animal Shelter River and stop this nightmare at its source.”
Moral of this story:
I Say: Be there for every dog and animal, not only by saving the ones drowning in shelters and rescues, but by proactive action of saving the “many” before they drown in the rivers of all the animal shelters and animal rescues, also called “Humane Societies” in this nation. Recognize it is the Humane Society Animal Shelter’s themselves that are throwing the dogs “into” the Animal Shelter River to drown, usually for a handsome profit, known as an adoption or rescue fee, or stopping the dog euthanasia by requiring a hefty donations to their various humane society programs.
Stop the Animal Shelters, Rescues, and Animal Rights societies that promote mass propaganda programs and perverted legislation for “euthanasia” of dogs, and the “scare tactics” of pet owner euthanasia with the doomsday of Animal Activist legislation proposal clocks. Help us to halt the “Animal Rights” activist lobbying of local legislators, state congressional bodies, and for people’s donations for the various Animal Shelter River “tyranny” laws in our so-called humane society, and “go upstream” to stop the legislation problems and animal rights groups lobbying for animal control laws and save the many dogs, at its “source.”
The Source of the problem:
The problem source is “upstream” in the Humane Society Animal Shelters themselves and the society of people, groups and organizations controlling them, to adopt dogs at the cost of a high rescue or adoption fee, saving just a few ‘cute’ dogs, and ‘failing to disclose’ the true mass euthanasia of the rest of the shelter dogs, allegedly to sell their corpses for “profit” to the rendering plants.
The Solution:
The appropriate “Action” is to go “upstream” to stop the source of the problem. By taking action to instill a local, state or national “no kill” animal shelter policy, with “free” adoption of all the dogs, pets, strays, and animals, with no strings or fees attached. Take the profit out of so-called rescue dogs (for profit). Adopt all dogs for free. No contracts, No strings attached. No more euthanasia time clock ‘scare tactics.”
I choose to leave the river bank by the Animal Shelter River and go “upstream” to save the many dogs and animals about to be thrown in at the source by the “Animal Rights” activist legislators. Will you help ‘support’ the most honorable cause to protect all dogs, dog owners, and other pet owners, by never, I mean never, supporting the euthanasia of dogs, pets and animals in animal shelters or the adoption policy of ‘profiteering’ from rescuing or saving dogs from Humane Society animal shelters, by their “selling” the dog as a rescue adoption fee.
If not you, then who will save the massive amounts of dogs in need?
“The truth is rarely pure and never simple.”
The FACTS documenting Animal Shelters importing dogs from foreign countries to OVERSTOCK in order to get donations and funding for animal shelters: On April 2, 2008, the Division of Viral and Rickettsial Diseases of the CDC, filed a report regarding Importation of Dogs into the United States and in the summary of that report it states: "The importation of dogs into the United States poses a risk for the introduction of rabies and other zoonotic diseases. Federal regulations (42 CFR 71.51) currently require proof of valid rabies vaccination for imported dogs, but allow the importation of some unvaccinated dogs, including dogs less than 3 months of age, provided certain requirements for confinement are met until the dog is vaccinated. Although there are no accurate surveillance data on the number of dogs imported each year, it is estimated based on extrapolated data that over 287,000 dogs were imported into the United States during 2006. Of these, approximately 25% were either too young to be vaccinated or lacked proof of valid rabies vaccination. Import trends suggest that an increasing number of unvaccinated puppies are being imported into the United States, mostly through commercial resale or rescue operations."
Since 2006, that 287,000 per year has doubled. Importation from Canada, Mexico, Central America and the West Indies, where no regulations are required, continues on a daily basis. The majority of dogs imported are puppies and small breeds that are far more acceptable to the general public than large dogs and much easier to resale or adopt out - for a fee.
Animal Shelter owners say the importation programs are safe, moral and in demand. Although the work that these people do is admirable, one has to ask - What are their definitions of safe and moral? Bringing in dogs of questionable background and health issues from other countries while our own American dogs are euthanized is NOT safe or moral nor humane for those dogs already in shelters across the U.S. Accusing American breeders of causing overpopulation and high shelter kill rates is not safe, moral, just or fair, especially when the problems exist all - for a fee.
Groups that convince the public that breeding should be restricted or banned should be looked at closely by legislators. Somebody has got to ask the question sooner or later. If all breeding is regulated, restricted or banned, how would these non profit groups continue to operate? The answer is simple. They don't need breeders here. They can continue to plead to the American public's emotions about some dog in BF Egypt while they pursue the removal of the American dog breeders and their Constitutional Rights. That's how big business works. In order to make more money, to get more orders or to increase the profit margin, they remove anything or anybody that could be remotely considered as competition while still keeping their sources in place. You won't see non profit importing groups pushing for the demise of all breeding or mandatory sterilization in those countries. It's not good sense to eliminate your sources if your intention is to continue in the business of filling shelters and rescue groups offering animals that were "rescued from a puppy mill" to the unsuspecting public to adopt - for a fee.
Now that you have access to verifiable facts, you can ask those who do the importing yourself. More than likely, you'll be told they do it "to save the dogs". You can then ask them why they aren't spending that money and time on the alleged "over surplus" dogs that are already here. I wonder if any of them will be honest enough to tell you. The general public needs to learn to research issues and think for themselves prior to repeating comments that they have been spoon fed over the years. They need to stop listening to those whose intentions are less than honest and ask for facts and verifiable proof - or can you only get that information from those who lead you down their dishonest, profitable path - for a fee?

Mandatory Spay/Neuter Ordinance - Pertains To Every State
Forcing a dog owner to spay or neuter represents a lawful and legal Dog Law issue in courts around the nation as an unconstitutional “taking” of property rights, as the ordinance compels taking away the value of a dog’s reproductive capacity, and due process is denied.
To compel pet sterilization is to deny an owner the freedom to act according to her/his own religious beliefs, personal ideology or political viewpoint, all of which are protected under the U.S. and many state Constitutions. Dogs are legally court proven to have "intrinsic value" in being legally somewhere between - more than just property, but less than human - In this legal decision, the pet owner has constitutional RIGHTS to their dog and it's care, control, and spay and neuter capability. To be determined by the pet owner, not Animal Rights Activists, "PAINTING" propaganda mandatory spay/neuter pictures of little puppies born, being the alleged problem in society in Animal Shelters that are being euthanized there.
This could not be further from the truth. FOR A FEE... is the Problem in Animal Shelters and Animal Rescues. Period. As I have just documented with reference FACTS and SOURCES in my previous comments to establish the article in it's factual content.
