The Dog Owner allegedly left the Veterinarian's office to let the dog die at home. So the Veterinarian allegedly reported the dog owner as 'abusive" under the Tyranny Animal Laws in Omaha, Nebraska.

Nebraska Humane Society Officials apparently were so concerned about a dying dog reported by a local

Veterinarian that they had Police "kick in" the dog owner's door, alleging animal "torture"

(which is alleged to be ridiculous in this instance).

Watch the video, in which authorities had the DOG RAID incident allegedly documented on video

at the following link:

http://www.ketv.com/video/20809446/index.html

Additionally, numerous Omaha, NE. Dog owners and residents are actively reporting similar accounts

of this ridiculous DOG RAID incident as follows:

As far as I'm concerned he didn't kill the dog it died of something not of his hand. When did an

animal become so important that it allows doors to be broken in and all the money the spent pursuing this case?

I don't go actively killing my pets but I remember when our horse was sick as a kid, it had cancer.

One morning the horse was so bad it couldn't stand up and could hardly breathe. My dad took the

shotgun and put it out of it's misery. Nowadays he would have been brought up on charges.

I know animals are often thought of as family but still they are animals. Look what this guy is

being charged with, it's ridiculous. They broke a door in because they though the animal was

being tortured. Please.

It is reported that the Nebraska Humane Society Animal Care and Control laws recently put into force,

now 'require' any Veterinarian to report their dog owner patients to the Nebraska Humane Society

for any suspected animal abuse or neglect. Never mind the dog owner (patient) is seeking medical

assistance for their animal at the Veterinarian in question.

Welcome to Animal Control Tyranny at it's worst level in Omaha, Nebraska.
